Is calcium a mandatory supplement in the BARF diet?
If bones or another source of calcium are regularly present in the dog’s diet, then a calcium supplement is not considered mandatory. If you do not feed your dog bones or other sources of calcium, then you should introduce a calcium supplement into the diet.
What is the difference between BARFER Calcium and Calcium+D3?
BARFER Calcium is a calcium citrate, which we recommend when using a home diet. Calcium, on the other hand, is a calcium chelate and we recommend it when using a commercial diet.
